All laundry is cleaned with care using commercial-grade equipment and handled as if it were our own.
What kind of equipment is used to clean my laundry?
We use commercial-grade Electrolux Professional machines with advanced Clarus Vibe controls - the same high-end laundry technology used by top pro cleaners. These machines deliver consistently cleaner results while being gentle on your clothes: powerful water extraction helps reduce drying time and energy use, and customizable wash programs mean everything from delicates to towels gets the right care. Built-in load sensing and balance features help protect fabrics and keep colors bright, so your laundry looks and feels better with every wash. Because the machines are engineered for performance and efficiency, you get a dependable, high-quality clean - without guesswork - every time.

What are your terms and conditions?
Cleaning Results & Stains
- We use professional laundry practices and follow care labels when possible.
- Stain removal is not guaranteed. Some stains may be permanent.
- Normal wear may occur over time including fading, shrinkage, loose buttons, or weakened fabric.
Pockets, Personal Items & Special Instructions
- Please check all pockets before sending laundry.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by items left in pockets (pens, gum, lip balm, keys, electronics, etc.).
- For best results, separate and clearly label delicates / no-heat / hang dry items.
Delicates & “No Heat” Items
- If you request delicate handling, low heat, air dry, or hang dry, we will follow your instructions.
- Even with special care, delicate fabrics can be fragile; we are not responsible for pre-existing weaknesses or manufacturer defects.
Lost or Damaged Items (Claims Policy)
- Please inspect your order within 48 hours of pickup/delivery and contact us with any concerns.
- Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
- If an item is confirmed lost/damaged due to our handling, liability is limited to the item’s current fair value and up to $100 per order.
Items We May Refuse
- For the safety of customers and staff, we may refuse items with bed bugs, mold/mildew, excessive pet hair, bodily fluids, oil/grease, chemical contamination, or extreme soil.
- We may refuse dry clean only items unless approved in advance.
Pickup & Delivery Policies
- Laundry must be placed in the agreed pickup location by the scheduled time.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate access details (gate codes, building instructions, concierge notes, etc.).
- We are not responsible for laundry left unattended outdoors for extended periods prior to pickup.
- Scheduled pickup with no laundry available at time of pickup may result in a $10 Nothing to Pickup Fee.
Turnaround Time
- Turnaround times may vary based on volume, weather, holidays, or special requests.
- Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed.
Pricing, Weights, and Add-Ons
- Wash & Fold is priced by weight, measured at receiving (typically pre-wash).
- Additional charges may apply for bulky items, extreme soil, or special handling.
- You will see pricing clearly before or during service with no hidden fees.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Saved payment methods may be charged after processing is completed.
- Unpaid balances may result in delayed delivery/pickup.
Cancellations & Missed Pickups
- Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
- Missed pickups/deliveries due to inaccessibility or incorrect info may incur a missed stop fee.
Unclaimed / Abandoned Laundry
- Orders left unclaimed after 30 days will be considered abandoned.
- Abandoned items will be donated or disposed of.
Discounts & Loyalty
- Promotions cannot be combined unless stated.
- Loyalty credits have no cash value.
Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason including unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior toward staff.
Pickup & Delivery Questions
What is Pickup & Delivery?
Pickup & Delivery is our scheduled door-to-door laundry service. We collect your laundry, clean it in-house according to your preferences, and return it the next day - folded and ready to go. We never outsource - every pickup, wash, and delivery is handled exclusively by Fold Fairy.
What is Pickup & Delivery pricing?
Pickup and Delivery service is $2.75 per pound with a $40 minimum.
All-inclusive pricing - no additional taxes or hidden fees. Gratuity is never required, but always appreciated.
When do you offer Pickup & Delivery?
All pickup & delivery orders receive next-day delivery.
If you schedule a pickup on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, your clean laundry will be delivered the following day.
Pickup Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
Delivery Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM)
Where do you offer Pickup & Delivery?
We currently offer Pickup & Delivery in zip code 78723.
Can I get same day service for Pickup & Delivery?
At this time, we do not offer same day service with Pickup & Delivery. We do offer same day service, ready by 9p, for Drop Off orders received before noon each day.
What should I expect after placing my first order?
After you place your first order, you will receive text confirmations and reminders before pickup. On pickup day, set your laundry out at your selected location in tied bags.
Please separate and label Add On items such as Delicates and Towel/Linens.
We process everything in-house using your stated preferences, then return your order the next day per your delivery instructions. You will also receive text updates when your order leaves the facility and when the driver is on the way.
Your clothes will be delivered in a reusable Fold Fairy bag along with a dedicated Delicates and Towel/Linen bag for future orders.
Drop Off Questions
What is Drop Off?
Drop Off is our in-store Wash & Fold service. Bring your laundry to Fold Fairy, and we will clean, dry, and fold it for easy pickup.
What is Drop Off pricing?
Drop off service is $2.00 per pound with a $10 minimum.
All-inclusive pricing - no additional taxes or hidden fees. Gratuity is never required, but always appreciated.
Can I get same day service for Drop Off?
Yes. Drop Off orders received by noon are eligible for same day service, and laundry is ready by 9p. Same day service for Drop Off has no additional cost.
Add Ons Questions
What is the Delicates Bag?
The $10 Delicates Bag provides an added layer of protection for fragile fabrics.
Garments are washed separately on a cold, low-spin cycle and finished with no-heat air-fluff drying to help preserve shape, texture, and longevity.
Each bag has a maximum of 6 lbs. If a bag is over 6 lbs, an additional bag charge will apply.
What is the Towel / Linen Bag?
The $40 Towel & Linen Bag ensures bulky items like towels and bedding are washed on their own for a deeper clean.
Towels and linens are washed hot with a higher spin cycle, include Oxi-Boost, and are fully dried to deliver a crisp, fresh finish.
Each bag has a maximum of 25 lbs. If a bag is over 25 lbs, an additional bag charge will apply.
What about my comforter or duvet?
We will wash any size comforter, duvet, or blanket for $25, or $30 for down items. This includes Oxi-Boost and next day service. We cannot offer same day service for comforters, duvets, or blankets.
